This modern and newly refurbished 2-bedroom apartment with breath taking views from the large, private south facing terrace and access to two communal pools is located in an elevated position in the well known development of San Juan de Capistrano. Less than 5 minutes drive to the beach and Nerja town centre. The local town bus stop is a couple of minutes walk away and bars, restaurants as well as a small supermarket are also within easy walking distance. Air conditioning and fiber optic internet are included in the rental price.

As soon as you open the entrance door you are drawn to the terrace and the stunning view of the Mediterranean, the mountains, Nerja and the urbanisation.The design of the lovely apartment is open plan with the main feature being the large private terrace. The kitchen is modern with ample workspace, a comfortable lounge, two spacious bedrooms and a modern family bathroom. Access is via a number of external steps and for this reason this property is not suitable for holiday makers with walking difficulties. Free parking available on the road level, in this quiet cu de sac.

Outside
Andalucian style village with beautiful flowers and palm trees, two communal pools (one a childrens pool), with pool bars and restaurant are a couple of minutes walk away. Sun loungers can be rented per day and are supplied by the urbanisation. The apartment borders the nature park. Large 40m2 south facing and sunny terrace, which is partly covered to provide shade during the hottest months, with lots of space for the table and chairs, outside sofas with low level table, sun bed and sun chairs and built in charcoal BBQ.

Large sofa with low level coffee tables, side board with wall mounted flat screen TV (many international channels including English and Scandinavian or use your personal Netflix/HBO/Viaplay/Spotify accounts), sliding doors lead to the private terrace, air conditioning unit.
