Description

The villa Las Palmeras is a Spanish style villa in a wonderful position above Burriana Beach in the Parador area, close to the town in a quality residential area of Nerja.

The villa was built in the 1970's and retains many of the original fixtures and fittings in very good condition giving a certain retro style to the house.

The house is all on one floor and is entered via 12 steps. Leading off the entrance hall to the right is the kitchen and utility room where there is a door to a flight of stairs (12 steps) down to the garden and a shady patio with dining table and chairs, perfect for a BBQ.

The spacious lounge /diner is to the left of the entrance and is comfortably furnished with sofa, armchairs, flat screen Tv with Satellite TV giving UK freeview channels, WIFI, CD player, dining table and chairs with dresser. Air conditioning.

From the lounge there is a door onto a terrace running the length of the room which overlooks the pool and garden. Along the hallway are the 3 spacious bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. 2 twin bedrooms share a modern shower room and a master bedroom with double bed and an en-suite shower room.

The garden has gates on both sides which can close off the pool area, there is a lawned area for sunbathing, fruit and cypress trees, shady patio and parking spot. The swimming pool is raised and has 5 steps leading up to it. The pool is 1 to 1. 8 metres deep and measures 6. 5 x 5. 5 metres.
