Description

This luxury 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with private pool and garden is located in the sought after peaceful development of Pueblo Jerez. Surrounded by detached villas, this urbanisation is quiet, yet only minutes from the centre of Nerja, within easy walking distance to Mercadona Supermarket, the town centre and Burriana Beach. The property has recently undergone refurbishment and is furnished to a high standard. Internet and air conditioning are included in the rental price.

Set in its own enclosed grounds, this generous, luxury, 2 storey villa ( with separate access, one on each level) is well equipped, fully furnished and private. The upper part of the villa offers spacious accommodation, including two large bedrooms (with air conditioning), two bathrooms, lounge / dining room and kitchen. Upstairs a large L-shape terrace with outdoor dining and relaxed seating leads to the large lower south facing terrace and pool via curved terrace steps or via some gentle external steps which run alongside the property. The pool measures 9.9 x 4 metres and 3.5 metres in depth.The south facing aspect of the pool guarantees sun almost all day long and with a paved and grassed area, it is the perfect place to relax in the sun or under the huge parasols.
The lower part of the villa includes three further large bedrooms, all with reverse cycle air conditioning (sensor operated), two bathrooms and a large open plan lounge / dining room / kitchen with sliding doors to the terrace. From the terraces are attractive views across the valley and to the sea in the distance.

Outside:
Entry:

The secure main front gate leads to gardens, private outdoor seating and the entry to the top villa. Gentle paved stairs and gardens lead to the lower level villa and pool. LED down lights and spotlights provide gentle and dramatic mood lighting. All gardens are automatically watered.

Pool area:
The kidney shaped, saltwater pool has a stepped entry, an outside shower, Gaudi inspired mosaic tiled bench seating, sun loungers and large parasols. Parents can feel secure with child proof lockable gates.

Upper terrace:
Outside dining is ideal on the private terrace with an extendable table and chairs, 2 electric sun awnings, six comfortable reclining cushioned sun loungers with foot stools, dimmable mood lighting and a retractable washing line.

Lower terrace:
An extendable outdoor dining setting overlooking the pool, shaded with 2 electric sun awnings plus a gas BBQ, allows a relaxed and comfortable position to enjoy most meals.

Inside top level of the villa:

Large L-shape sofa, coffee table, wall mounted flat screen TV ( TV channels listed below), extendable dining table and chairs, sliding doors to both sides of the lounge opening onto the south facing terrace, free standing fan, air conditioning.

Kitchen:
Luxury granite surfaces, fully equipped, with oven, induction hob, extractor fan, large fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine (capsules not provided) and large selection of glasses and crockery.

Bedroom 1:
King size bed (180cm wide) bedside tables and lamps, 2 chairs and coffee table, built in wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors which give the bedroom a spacious, light and bright feel, side door to terrace, door to en-suite bathroom, free standing fan, air conditioning.

Bedroom 2:
Double bed with bedside tables and lamps, built in mirrored wardrobe, chair and table, free standing fan, air conditioning.
