CARABEO 70 is the top apartment of a 2 storey converted home. Carabeo is the oldest street in Nerja. Whilst being in the centre of town and close to everything, it is actually an elevated position on top of a small cliff. This home is on the south side of the street and so the terrace and bedrooms look directly out over the sea and the rugged and spectacular coastline. The view is simply breathtaking and the ambience is enhanced by the sound of the waves breaking on Carabeo Beach below. This is accessed by a flight of steps a few metres away from the property.

The front door is directly against the street from which a wide spiral staircase leads you to the accommodation. The apartment has been beautifully refurbished and comprises a good size lounge with leather suite, ceiling fan and Spanish satellite TV which also offers a selection of other European channels. Kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer etc. Two bedrooms, the master is double aspect with views over the street and the sea. Double bedroom and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has twin beds and a ceiling fan. There is a good size shower room. From the lounge patio doors lead to a good size terrace with dining table and chairs and wonderful views of the mountains and the Mediterranean plus the beach below. A further wide spiral staircase leads from the lounge to the roof terrace with further table and chairs, sunbeds and 360o views taking in the town of Nerja.

The apartment benefits from free wi-fi, digital safe and heating is installed for the winter months.
