Description

Villa La Imaroga is a very large 6 bedroom 5 bathroom traditional style villa with good size, well tended grounds and large private pool.

The villa is surrounded by open countryside and enjoys total privacy, in a peaceful rural setting. From here there are wonderful views of the sea, mountains and across to the town of Nerja which is only a 5 minute drive away on fully tarmac roads.

The villa is approached via a sweeping driveway, through electronic gates to a wide courtyard in front of the property.

Double front doors lead to a principal entrance hall from which all of the accommodation can be found on one level.

There is a grand inner courtyard with fountain and windows to all four sides overlooking the dining room, lounge, main hall and secondary hall. The secondary hall leads to a cloakroom and on to the enormous kitchen, fully equipped for self catering holidays for larger families or groups and includes both washing machine and dishwasher.

There is a separate utility area and a doorway leading to the second kitchen which is also fully equipped. A further hallway leads to two bedrooms, one twin and one huge double with a separate lounge area with two sofas and overlooking the main grounds.

Also a complete bathroom with bath and shower over, wash hand basin, bidet and wc.

Returning to the secondary hall a doorway leads to the formal dining room with long dining table and 12 chairs.

Windows overlook the inner courtyard and a door leads to one of the many garden terraces. A doorway from the dining room leads to the huge L shaped lounge which is divided into two distinct areas, one for relaxing in leather suites and with patio doors leading to the gardens via another terrace.

The second area is galleried and has a further suite plus satellite TV, music system etc and a feature fireplace.

Large windows overlook the grounds and from here a further doorway takes you back to the main hall.

An archway from the main hall leads to 4 bedroom suites, one being a double and the other three each having twin beds. All of them are very spacious and have fitted wardrobes and all have windows overlooking the gardens.

All of the bathroom en suites are complete with baths and shower over, wash hand basin and wc. The master en suite has his & hers basins.

Returning to the main hall a wide and shallow staircase leads to a reading area with gallery overlooking the lounge, from here the staircase continues to the watch tower which at half way has door leading to an open viewpoint with breathtaking views over the surrounding rolling countryside and to the sea and mountains beyond.

At the top of the watchtower are windows on all sides to give 360o panoramic views.

Outside the villa has a huge paved courtyard to the front from which a gateway leads to the sweeping level lawns at the rear. The gardens are well maintained and full of bloom.

The stunning views continue from the gardens which enjoy total privacy. Several terraces outside the villa and overlooking the gardens give the opportunity for al fresco dining with various tables and chairs and brick built BBQ.

A few steps lead to the large private pool with roman steps and handrail. The pool has further terraces, part open and part covered with sunbeds, parasols, tables and chairs.

Villa La Imaroga is the perfect holiday venue for large families or groups travelling together seeking ample accommodation and grounds, peace and privacy whilst being a short drive from the beaches and town facilities that Nerja has to offer.
