The Villa sleeps up to 10 guests with a large lounge dining area leading to a spacious terrace with private pool, dining table and chairs, BBQ and sunbeds. There are good views of the sea and mountains and towards the town of Nerja. There is a good size, well equipped kitchen.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, two being doubles and one with twin beds. The master has an en suite bathroom and there is a further complete bathroom on this level. At the entry/living level there is another complete bathroom.

Stairs lead down to the lower level of the villa which has a games room and 4th bedroom with complete en suite bathroom with shower over the bath. There are two single beds in this room with the possibility to add two more. On this level are the utility/laundry facilities.

Punta Lara is approximately 2km west of Nerja town. It is a small community with a few bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is a short walk away where a number of beach bars and restaurants can be found along the pathway leading all the way to Nerja town. National buses also run from the entrance to Punta Lara into Nerja.
