This bright two bedroom apartment with two private terraces is located in the popular elevated urbanisation of San Juan de Capistrano, with access to two communal pools. Far reaching views from the terrace , down to Nerja and the sea. WIFI and AC is included in the rental price.

The property is approached via some external steps (approx. 45) from the quiet cul-de-sac (with easy road parking). Two terraces, one of which is covered to provide shade, with table and chairs. The main access is via the lounge terrace door, into an open plan lounge with kitchen. A small hallway leads to two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The communal pool is a couple of minutes walk away. Bar, restaurants and the town hall bus-stop are also very close by.

Outside:
Two communal pools (one a childrens pool), with pool bars and restaurant are a couple of minutes walk away. Sun loungers can be rented per day and are supplied by the urbanisation.
