Stairs lead down to the large living / dining room, comfortably furnished for six and with satellite TV, a further shower room and w/c and the third bedroom with twin beds. Door through to the fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher.

Patio doors lead from the lounge to a lower, covered terrace, again giving superb views and having dining table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Outside the gardens surround the property on all sides and are colourful and beautifully maintained. The pool area has a high degree of privacy with ample terracing, sun beds and BBQ. The pool measures 7m x 4m with depth ranging from 1.5-2m.

The property has secure entrance gates leading to a private drive with ample parking although car hire would not be necessary in such a well placed holiday rental villa.
