A spacious and beautifully presented 4 bedroom villa (240m2 living accommodation) located in the hills above the award winning Andalusian whitewashed village of Frigiliana bordering the Almijara and Tejeda Natural Park. The villa enjoys a private quirky shaped pool of 11.0m x 6.0m with a ́Gin & Tonic bench ́ for the less energetic at the deeper (1m:80) end! Sea and mountain views to die for and a large country fruit garden, the owners of whom welcome holidaymakers to enjoy the fruit of the season! Frigiliana is just a 10 minute ́s drive away and the 9 beaches of Nerja a further 15 minutes by car.

The villa is approached via the Frigiliana / Torrox road where you exit at the well-known Hotel Rural ́Los Caracoles' an ideal venue for an early evening cocktail before dinner. From there the villa is approximately 700m and approached by a concrete country track, steep in parts, which leads to the private entrance with automatic electric gates. A private drive of around 200m takes you to the villa where there is ample parking for several vehicles.

Whilst the villa itself is 20 years old it has been built to exacting standards and designed in a typical Spanish rustic country style. It offers all the modern facilities needed for a great summer holiday. Internet / WiFi and a/c inverters throughout.

One unique aspect adjoining the property is the open plan 'summer house', an ideal location to enjoy the shade on those hot sunny days or to simply take a snooze in the hammock.

Please note - that whilst competent gymnasts will find the hammock easy to access and enjoy, the less nimble or agile might need the help of a fellow holidaymaker before attempting a solo entry. You have been warned!

Porch: covering the entire front ( south west facing ) aspect of the villa with gas BBQ, a large 2 metre teak dining table, 12 chairs. Further wrought iron bench, coffee table and two armchairs with cushions.
Courtyard: with oval shaped teak dining table, 6 chairs, cushions and built in charcoal fired BBQ.
Summer house: with comfortable seating for 15 people with centre wooden table, ideal to spend time relaxing during the hottest time of the day.
Master bedroom balcony: two reclining rattan armchairs with foot stools and coffee table.
Pool terrace area: 6 wrought iron sun loungers with cushions and two rattan style sun loungers, outside shower and toilet.

Lounge: Three large comfortable sofas, oak coffee table, oak side board, oak corner unit, oak TV table with smart TV and DVD player, ́Jotul ́ wood burning stove and a/c unit. Exposed brick arch to dining room.

Country style kitchen with ample marble work surfaces, large fridge freezer, two electric ovens ( Siemens & Bosch ), 5 ring gas hob, electric kettle, toaster, electric orange juice squeezer, Nespresso machine, rice cooker, internet radio, cd player. Centre free standing island over which is a hanging ceiling pan cradle. Exposed brick arch to open plan dining room. Kitchen stable door opening to courtyard.

Dining room:
Large extendable dining room table which can easily accommodate 10 people, with 8 chairs, a/c unit, wooden free standing wine rack, large double glazed security glass front doors with security locking mechanism lead to the front porch.

Adjoining the dining room, open plan design with a recorded and indexed library of books DVD ́s /CD ́s for use during holiday.

Master bedroom :
Upstairs, 30.0m2 bedroom with dressing area and dressing table, bed ( 2.0m x 2.0m ) and a/c unit, 3 large built in wardrobes, one with mirrored doors, large full length wall mounted mirror, two terrace tilt and turn doors with security locking system leading to balcony, both balcony doors have integral mosquito nets. Access to en-suite bathroom via open plan arch.

En-suite bathroom to master bedroom:
Large ́Moroccan' style tiled bath, double sinks, WC, large open walk in shower, wall mounted mirrors and plenty of storage space.

Ground floor - Bedroom 2:
Double bed ( 1.6m x 2.0m ) with bedside table and free standing bedside lamps, dresser with draws and basket storage, large wall mounted shelf, built in wardrobe with internal draws, a/c unit, double windows with tilt and turn and with security locking system, door to en-suite shower room. Black out curtains.

Bathroom 2:
Large shower with glass shower doors, free standing sink, WC, small wall mounted shelf and wall mounted towel rail, single window tilt and turn with mosquito netting and security locking system. Black out curtains.

Ground floor - Bedroom 3:
Twin beds ( 0.90m x 2.0m ) with bedside table, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, large wall mounted shelf, wall mounted mirror and a/c unit, double windows with tilt and turn and with security locking mechanism, door to shared bathroom with bedroom 4. Black out curtains.

Ground floor - Bathroom 4:
Large walk in shower with glass screen, WC, freestanding sink, built in shelf, wall mounted wooden shelf, towel rail holder, single window tilt and turn with mosquito netting and security locking system, access via bedroom 3 and bedroom 4. Blackout curtains.

Ground floor - Bedroom 4:
Double bed (1.80m x 2.0m ) with low level bedside tables and freestanding reading lights, large wall mounted wooden shelf, wooden ́bed end ́ bench, a/c unit, small sofa bed (suitable for children only), wall mounted mirror, built in wardrobe. Two windows, one double one single both tilt and turn with mosquito netting and security locking system, door to shared bathroom with bedroom 3. Blackout curtains.

Corner shower with sliding doors, free standing sink, WC, towel rail holder, double window.

Accessed via the courtyard, with large fridge, separate large freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and iron and ironing board.
