The villa has secure entry gate and high walls around. The first floor comprises 3 bedrooms, the master has a balcony, double bed and ensuite bathroom, 2 further bedrooms, each with twin beds, further full bathroom. Downstairs the ground floor comprises, wc, open plan, fully fitted kitchen completely equipped for self catering holidays, washing machine, full oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. Lounge/dining room with satellite TV, CD & DVD players. Patio doors lead onto a covered terrace and out to the main terrace and pool area where there are sun beds and BBQ. The pool at Villa Bouganvilla is, 8 x 4 metres and 1m deep at the shallow end.
Freestanding fans are provided in addition to the ceiling fans and central heating is installed for the winter months.
Towels and linen are changed on a weekly basis.
