Fuentes de Nerja is a centrally located private complex only a 2-minute-walk to the Torrecilla beach. This building enjoys one large communal pool and gardens. A short walk takes you to the bustling old part of the town of Nerja with the Balcón de Europa, a favourite site with local people and visitors alike, and many cosmopolitan restaurants, cafes and shops.

The living room has 2 sofas, coffee table and a dining area with seating for 4. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a twin double bed and another one with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one en suite with a bath, bidet, wash basin and WC, and another one with a shower, WC and wash basin.
The apartment also has a television with a few Spanish, French, German and English channels and floor fans.

Outside off the lounge there is a sunny balcony-terrace with excellent views to the sea and the plaza, a small table and chairs. The apartment is suitable for children, the elderly or disabled, there are 2 lifts, although it is wheelchair inaccessible.
